A move to Brisbane for Kieran Foran is not happening despite media reports that the new Warriors signing wanted to play at the Broncos under Wayne Bennett.

As Foran does not have a manager, his godfather, Don McKinnon, said the speculation was completely false.

“I can confirm this story is completely incorrect,” Mackinnon said in a statement.

“The only thing Kieran is concentrating on at present is getting on the field and delivering for the Warriors in 2017.

“He is not remotely focused on 2018 and has not been in contact with any other clubs.”

Foran is yet to play a game for the Warriors after being approved to return by the NRL but will pull on the Warriors jersey for the first time in round three.
