Wests Tigers’ veteran leader Robbie Farah has heaped the highest praise on rising fullback James Tedesco earmarking the Camden local as a future Australian star.

“There’s no limits on how far he can go and what he can achieve in the next few years of his career,” Farah said.

“I’ve got no doubt that he’ll be wearing a New South Wales jumper and an Australian jumper and will go down as a pretty special player.

“Hopefully he can go on to play 250, 300 games and represent as many times as he can.

“Above all that, he’s a really good kid.

“He’s a professional kid, he’s a respectful kid, he works hard on his game and you could see that right from day dot.

“We’re a much better team with him in our side. He’s a player that you want involved in your Club, that’s how highly I regard him and how special I think he’s going to be.”

Wests play Newcastle on Saturday at Campbelltown Stadium from 3pm.
