The Courier Mail is reporting Canterbury has offered Moses Mbye a $500,000 a year deal from 2017 but it is being suggested Mbye has turned the offer down and his management wants $800,000.
“This has been a good year for me,” Mbye said.
“I have strung some games together and I’m happy with my form but there is still so much to improve on even this year.”
Mbye has played 28 games in the NRL.
