Benji Marshall could find himself at the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in 2016.

The81stMinute understands the Dragons could potentially go into next season without Gareth Widdop and Marshall.

The Englishman has been linked to the Leeds Rhinos but the latest doing the rounds is the Dragons are desperate to continue their squad list overhaul and now have cold feet over the amount they forked out for Marshall. The likely outcome could see Widdop stay and Marshall moved on.

Manly have lost Daly Cherry-Evans and Kieran Foran (for the moment) and are chasing boom Gold Coast Titan Kane Elgey and see Marshall as a perfect fit for the youngster.

The81stMinute has also been told that Manly officials are desperate for “star power” and Benji fits the bill perfectly.
