After what the Titans have been through, you can’t blame them if they get hammered week one. But something tells me they’re going to be competitive, real competitive, for the first month or two before falling away badly later in the year. Josh Hoffman is a great purchase and Ryan James will improve immensely, but there just isn’t enough legitimate pros to conquer the mounting cons.
