St. George Illawarra fullback and heir apparent to Jarryd Hayne at State of Origin level, Josh Dugan, could face three months on the sidelines after injuring his ankle in last night’s disappointing loss to Melbourne.

“He’s got his foot in a bucket of ice at the moment so it doesn’t look great,” McGregor said last night.

Dugan will have scans today.
