‘I am committed’: Incoming Panther Api Koroisau ready for challenge under Benji and Robbie at Wests Tigers

Premiership-winning Penrith Panthers rake Api Koroisau is headed to Wests Tigers in 2023 and ‘committed’ to his deal despite ongoing issues with Parramatta rival Isaiah Papali’i who is trying to wriggle out of his move to Concord.

Speaking to Nine News, however, Koroisau said he was excited to work under the likes of Benji Marshall and Robbie Farah.

“I didn’t watch the game (the 72-6 loss to the Roosters) which is probably a good thing,” he said.

“There is so much work to be done, it will be a massive learning curve for the club.

“I’m gonna be under him (Benji) and learn so much from him – he is a great player.

“I think Robbie Farah will be in and amongst it too.

“They are two great heads to learn from, that’s for sure.”
