They are some of the most talented rugby league players to ever play our game. An Immortal in Arthur Beetson, the class of Johnathan Thurston, the intimidation of Gorden Tallis, the sheer devastation of a Greg Inglis run or the touch and deception of Cliff Lyons.

This weekend the NRL celebrates Indigenous Round – a chance for us to look back at some of the sport’s greatest players and how these men have helped mould our great sport.

It has been three years since we last listed Australia’s greatest Indigenous players and there have been a few changes.

Laurie Daley has dropped down a spot to make way for Inglis while Jack Wighton is the big mover coming in to 21 from 82 in 2019.

South Sydney hero Latrell Mitchell has moved up 10 spots to 7, Josh Addo-Carr is up to 14 from 45 while try-scoring freak Alex Johnston shifts up 20 spots to 48.

Bullocking Gold Coast star David Fifita is on the list for the first time at 80.

Others to move up the list include Wade Graham and Cody Walker.

George Rose keeps his position at 100 with Jamal Idris dropping off the list.

Check out the list from 2019
