Rugby league fans in the northern hemisphere are reacting to Super League’s newest addition – Leigh – replacing Toronto Wolfpack for the 2021 season after the game voted against Toronto’s involvement.

One expert watching the situation closely told the81stminute.com it was “like replacing the Melbourne Storm with the Newtown Jets”.

The majority of fans were also bemused by the call.
