He was a groundbreaking poster boy for Polynesian forwards way before the Auckland Warriors and their legendary prop Joe Vagana has spoken to us about his development and what it was like breaking into the ARL.

Vagana told Curtis Woodward on the Top of the Props podcast that he was “gutted” that he couldn’t be apart of the resurgence of the Warriors in 2002 as he was on the other side of the world – helping build the Bradford Bulls empire.
