It is only November but the rugby league wheel never stops spinning. The NRL off-season survives on rumours, whispers and everything else in between.

Latrell Mitchell’s future is apparently about to be confirmed…apparently.

Josh Addo-Carr wants out of Melbourne.

But what do we know for sure?

Let’s look at the best ten transfers for NRL season 2020 so far.

1: VALENTINE HOLMES

The guy is a legitimate superstar and the North Queensland Cowboys played the waiting game to get their man. Some might say they always had an agreement with Holmes, even as he was having a crack at the NFL with the New York Giants.

2: RYAN MATTERSON

The big fella went to Wests Tigers looking for a chance. Signed a contract and all. But as we know, it’s rugby league, so now he’s at Parramatta. No pressure Ryan.

3: API KOROISAU

Despite the power of the club, Penrith prides itself on junior development. They’ve done a great job bringing kids through but they’ve had real issues recently with the hooking role. Koroisau is now an old head and very creative.

4: ESAN MARSTERS

This guy could be anything. Another fella headed for Townsville. There’s also a chance he could end up on the scrapheap and spend the rest of his career in England. Time to produce.

5: REAGAN CAMPBELL-GILLARD

Some considered RCG the best prop in the game a few years ago. Injuries have hampered the big guy but he has so much talent. Hopefully moving across to the Eels puts a fire under him.

6: SIONE KATOA

A quality hooker with size and creativity. Couldn’t make it work at the Panthers but should be one of Canterbury’s best in 2020.

7: KYLE FLANAGAN

Many good judges rate young Flanagan and he certainly has the pedigree. It’s another world at the Roosters though. They’ll chew him and spit him up if he doesn’t give them what they want.

8: GEORGE WILLIAMS

This English half can play. And are we really going to question the Raiders? Have a look at the poms they’ve already brought in?

9: KURT CAPEWELL

Big and tough and still learning his trade. Can play second row or wider. Will be invaluable for Ivan Cleary and the Panthers.

10: ISSAC LUKE / JOE STIMSON

You can’t leave either out of spot 10. Luke is such a gutsy competitor. Who knows how much time he’ll get at the Dragons but he’s a great squad signing. Stimson is a workhorse and will take to Belmore like a duck to water.
