Wests Tigers veteran Robbie Farah says long-time rival Cameron Smith is still the best player in the game as Farah prepares to take on Smith again this Thursday in Melbourne.
Farah and Smith have been duking it out since the early 2000’s at club and representative level.
“It’s obviously been a great challenge,” Farah told NRL.com.
“He’s obviously one of the greatest players – if not the greatest player at the moment in our game.
“He’s someone who has always brought out the best in me. Those battles that we’ve had not only at club level but Origin and things like that, it drives you to better yourself and get better.”
Farah is yet to make a decision on whether he will play on in 2020.
