Corey Norman released by Eels

The Parramatta Eels have released enigmatic playmaker Corey Norman from the final year of his contract.

Norman is expected to be announced as St George Illawarra’s newest recruit shortly.

It is still unknown where Norman will play atthe Dragons but could slot into the halves alongside Ben Hunt or even atfullback which would move Matt Dufty to the flank.
