Former Sydney Rooster and Wallaby Luke Milton has swapped Bondi for Los Angeles – spending the last ten years in California building an impressive CV as a celebrity trainer.

Milton trains the likes of Khloe Kardashian, Elle McPherson and Rachel McAdams out of his Santa Monica Boulevard gym called ‘Training Mate West Hollywood’.

“I know my stuff and I really genuinely believe in what I do,” Milton recently told BW Magazine.

“If anyone does that in their career, they will achieve success.”

Milton became a TV star himself when he appeared on E! reality series, Revenge Body.
