Wests Tigers Coach Ivan Cleary says his team has improved enormously since he took over the role midway through the year.

Speaking after their tight loss to the Penrith Panthers on Sunday, Cleary believes his team is learning invaluable lessons along the way.

“The difference in the side now compared to eight weeks ago is enormous,” he said.

“Everything’s been settled, we have gotten into a bit of rhythm, but learning some good things along the way.

“Today (Sunday) was another one.”
