St George Illawarra half Gareth Widdop has joined Dragons teammate Paul Vaughan, Mitchell Pearce and Melbourne Storm legend Cameron Smith on top of The81stMinute’s Steele Sports Medal after 13 NRL rounds.

Widdop received three votes for his performance against Wests Tigers while Penrith Panthers captain Matt Moylan jumped to equal third with one vote for his showing against Canterbury on Sunday.
