There is some horrible news coming out of Redfern with new recruit Robbie Farah reportedly ripping the bicep from the bone in a training mishap on Monday.

The New South Wales hooker’s round one showdown against former club Wests Tigers is now in jeapordy.

According to Fox Sports, Farah has decided not to proceed with surgery which would have meant a much longer period on the sidelines.

If Farah opted to have surgery he would be ruled out for 3-6 months @FOXSportsNews @FOXNRL
