Dally M Medal winner and Gold Coast legend Preston Campbell has earmarked superstar Jarryd Hayne as the man to get the Titans home tonight at Suncorp Stadium.

While Campbell concedes Hayne tried too hard in his early appearances – the time is right for Hayne to kick into overdrive.

“After playing six weeks, Hayne’s got some match fitness now and when he’s in form he’s the man,” Campbell said.

“Fullback is his position.

“I was a little worried when he came into the team.

“I think the first game he tried too much.

“The Titans forwards don’t even need to get over the top of them – they just need to hold their own and the backs can do something special.”
