Andrew McFadden says his dumping of rising star Tui Lolohea is a “bump in the road” and the utility isn’t going to a rival NRL club.

Lolohea has been scarcely used in recent weeks and McFadden held him back until golden point last weekend – a match the Warriors lost in Perth.

“Nobody is guaranteed any position but certainly he’s well and truly one of the frontrunners because of the talented player that he is,” McFadden said.

“I haven’t lost any faith in Tui, this is just a little bump in the road.”
