Former NRL star Israel Folau has praised 20-year-old Parramatta sensation Bevan French after a blistering performance last weekend against Cronulla.

“I saw his highlights last week against the Sharks and he’s certainly someone that has great wheels and is a good finisher,” Folau said.

“Watching the NRL across this year there’s some great finishers and he’s just one of them.

“Good on him and I wish him all the best.”
