New Zealand has named inform Brisbane Bronco Adam Blair and incoming New Zealand Warrior Issac Luke as co-captains for their tour of the United Kingdom.

The Kiwis have been hit by injury and will be missing incumbent skipper Simon Mannering, legendary winger Manu Vatuvei and superstar halves Shaun Johnson and Kieran Foran.

The squad also includes six rookies with plenty expected from exciting prospects Tui Lolohea and Sydney Roosters forward Sio Siua Taukeiaho.

Jordan Kahu, Curtis Rona, Kodi Nikorima and Isaac Liu are the other debutants.

New Zealand play Leeds Rhinos before a three test series against England at Hull, London and Wigan.
