JONATHAN DAVIES
9 GAMES
Johnathan Davies is one the classiest rugby league players to ever come out of the United Kingdom and has the record to back it up. Most wouldn’t remember his debut for the Cowboys in 1995 and the handful of games he played after that either.

 

 
DANNY MOORE
2 GAMES
Best remember as the lanky Manly winger of the mid 1990’s, Moore headed to the London Broncos to finish his career. Moore came back to Australia however and trotted out for two games in Townsville in 2001.

 

 
NOA NADRUKU
39 GAMES
Nadruku exploded onto the rugby league scene with the Canberra Raiders winning the 1994 premiership. What most wouldn’t remember is Nadruku finishing his career with North Queensland in 1998 and 1999.

SHANNON HEGARTY
5 GAMES
The former Queensland and Australian flyer made his name at the Roosters in the early 2000’s. The veteran had one last crack at the Cowboys in 2009 notching up five games.

A tough competitor best known as a Bulldog. Spent two years in Townsville at the Cowboys.

 

 
KEN MCGUINNESS
9 GAMES
At his peak, McGuinness had represented the Blues in State of Origin. By 2002, his career was fading but still managed nine games for the Cowboys.

 

 
DANIEL ABRAHAM
6 GAMES
Big and skillful, Abraham spent many memorable years at the Newcastle Knights before one final fling with North Queensland in 2008.

 

 
TYRAN SMITH
9 GAMES
One of the most travelled men in rugby league, Smith played nine games to begin 1997 with the Cowboys before transferring to fellow Super League club Hunter Mariners.

LUKE PHILLIPS
17 GAMES
A premiership-winning, goal kicking fullback, Phillips spent 1997 in North Queensland at the Cowboys before returning to Sydney at the Sea Eagles.
